Terms of service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use the websites, apps and services of Eternal City Industries, Inc. and its businesses. By using them, you agree to these terms. Some services also come with a separate written agreement, such as a quote, a license or an installation contract. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private, and give us accurate information. If you manage an account for an organization, you are responsible for who you give access to and for keeping their roles up to date.
Using our services
Please do not use our services to break the law, send spam, upload material you do not have the right to share, or try to get around our security or into anyone else's account.
Your content
You own the content you and your organization put into our apps. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
Our software
We own our apps, designs and code. A subscription or license gives you the right to use them; it does not transfer ownership unless a written agreement says so.
Prices and payment
Prices are as shown or as quoted to you. Subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Our refunds and cancellations page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Changes and availability
We improve our services over time and may change features. We work to keep everything running, but we cannot promise that a service will never be interrupted.
Estimates
Savings figures, quotes and other estimates are our best judgment from the information available. They are not guarantees.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, our services are provided "as is", and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending service
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
